Moved ProFit fitting video creation into: createVideoStart.m createVideoFrames.m and createVideoEnd.m
Added the costFunction option to choose the different cost functions Rx according to the paper

Added plotInVivoSpectraProFit_LCModel.m to demonstrate the fit results for the different in vivo spectra with the individually fitted metabolites

Added the figure plotting for demonstrating the weights for different iterations and metabolites into createSummedMaskFitRoi.m

Changed Fitsettings such that the MM spectrum must have 0 Lorentzian broadening, but allow some Gauss broadening in the later iterations.

I am not sure anymore (because of in vivo data fits), whether the m value for mAIC (aic_smoothing_factor) of 15 is correct.
Nevertheless, the parameter seems to need a bit stronger than linear scaling with the zerofilling.

Just maybe only in the CostFun directly?

Added a video writer option into profit and the cost function. It is commented out though, since it is needed only in exceptional cases

While I am not sure, if it is 100% correct, but changed getFidWeighting to not truncate the matched_filter

Added an illustration mode to createSummedMaskFitRoi to show how the weights for the cost function are created.

Also left the spline baseline on automatic.
