Adapted plotBaselines_and_fitted_spectra.m to include also the difference spectrum between baselines

Updated the T1 values of metabolites in getRelaxationTimes

Worked on how to plot portrait figures. It is complicated. Don't scale the figure too much in the height to avoid rescaling of text.
Also try stepwise to export it and verify tiff.
Created multiple subplots for the correlation plots in plotSimulationResults

Cleaned up a bit and adapted plot_all_test_data_profit code to new Bland-Altman plots. However the code is still not clean

Made plots much nicer

Adapted plot_all_test_data_profit and evaluateProFitFittingParameters to have the option to select between fit settings folders.
Also showing FQNs for profit

Removed the not useful anymore conc2, conc3 simulations and added the em simulations for fitting_simulated_test_data_profit.
Also removed em_g

Added em to evalutateProFitFittingParameters and corrected mistake for plotting mean values of vectors: em, conc, T2
