Made plots much nicer

Adapted plot_all_test_data_profit and evaluateProFitFittingParameters to have the option to select between fit settings folders.
Also showing FQNs for profit

Removed the not useful anymore conc2, conc3 simulations and added the em simulations for fitting_simulated_test_data_profit.
Also removed em_g

Added em to evalutateProFitFittingParameters and corrected mistake for plotting mean values of vectors: em, conc, T2

Added plotSimulationResults2 to show dkntmn dependence

Added plotBaselines_and_fitted_spectra.m to create comparison plots of the input and fitted baselines

Added option to plot the fitting results from ProFit and LCModel where the baseline is not subtracted from the spectra.
Most likely a useless option, because the spectra can be weird afterwards

Added reconstruct_all_test_data_profit_anonimizing_function for the same purpose

Results look pretty good for all simulations.
